Warranty Coverage

• Duration: All products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Scope: Covers manufacturing defects.
• Resolution: Sieben may repair or replace the unit with an equivalent or reconditioned model at its discretion.
• Claim Limit: Maximum claim value cannot exceed the purchase price or MRP, whichever is lower.
• Requirements: You must provide a proof of purchase/invoice, and the serial number or warranty seal must be intact.

Common Exclusions (Not Covered)

• Damage: Accidents, misuse, liquid spillage, or physical breakage.
• Unauthorized Activity: Repairs or modifications by unauthorized persons.
• External Factors: Natural calamities, power surges, or abnormal voltage.
• Maintenance: Failure to follow the user manual or issues caused by dust/dirt accumulation.
• Wear & Tear: Cosmetic issues, color peeling, or battery/sound quality deterioration over time.
• Accessories: Charging cables, adapters, and ear tips are excluded from coverage.
• Stickering: Issues such as peeling, deterioration of color/ texture, or general stickering wear and tear are not covered under the Sieben warranty.

Claim Process

1. Submit: File a claim on the Sieben support page.
2. Ship: If the issue remains unresolved after troubleshooting, Sieben will arrange a reverse pickup or request that you self-ship the product to the Service Centre if your location is not serviceable.
3. Resolve: Testing and repair/replacement typically take 7–10 business days once received.

Replacement & Shipping Policies

• Defective Products: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery for a non-warranty replacement.
• Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 24 hours.
• Cancellations: Not possible once the order has shipped.
